These terms apply when you browse or place an order through the BikerGuard Australia website. The Australian business is operated through X-Air Australia. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Products and product information

We take reasonable care to describe products, prices and included items. Product photographs, manufacturer resources and specifications may be supplied by BIKERGUARD. Package contents or product details can change, so check the current listing or ask us if a detail is important to your purchase. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your helmet, visor, windscreen or intended use and for following the manufacturer’s fitting and safety instructions.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). Any shipping charge shown at checkout forms part of the order total; the site currently advertises free shipping Australia-wide. Checkout is processed through PayPal. Your order is subject to payment authorisation and confirmation. Do not send card details by email.

Delivery

Delivery information, Australia Post Express Post estimates, postcode limitations and warranty enquiry steps are set out on our Delivery & warranty page. Estimates are not guarantees except where the carrier expressly identifies a guaranteed service for the destination and lodgement conditions.

Returns, warranty and consumer rights

We do not offer change-of-mind returns, including for products that have been used or fitted. If a product appears faulty or has a warranty issue, contact us before returning it so we can assess the issue and explain the process. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer guarantees may provide remedies such as repair, replacement or refund when applicable.

We may update website content, prices and availability from time to time. PayPal, YouTube, the manufacturer and other linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy page explains how this website handles information.
