Pricing and availability

Australian retail prices are displayed in AUD throughout the catalogue and include free Australian shipping. Local stock availability will be confirmed on enquiry. Product enquiries do not reserve stock or create an order.

Delivery

Shipping is free across Australia, including regional and remote addresses, using Australia Post Express Post. Many metro and same-state routes are usually overnight or within 1–2 business days. Australia Post lists Express Post estimates of 1–2+ business days within the same state and 1–3+ business days interstate. Next-business-day delivery is guaranteed only for eligible postcodes within its Express Post next-business-day network and when lodgement conditions are met. Remote destinations, public holidays and service disruptions can take longer. Check the Australia Post delivery speeds and postcode estimates or contact us with your postcode before ordering.

Returns and warranty enquiries

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Products that have been used or fitted are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If your product has a warranty problem or appears faulty, email BikerguardAU@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue before sending anything back. We will assess the problem and explain the next step. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.
